Always had door to door asking about my original windows. Super glad I waited. Showed up right on time and went straight to work. Super nice people, paid attention to detail, including working around all our plants, and had all windows out and replaced in less than 2 hours. Took about the same amount of time to wrap and caulk all of them inside and out.
Would recommend to anyone that needs windows to give him a call. Best price I could find plus a lifetime warranty to boot. Cleaned up all the scraps and did a 5 star job.

The Owner and His employees went above and beyond to help us and to give us what we wanted and needed!! Never once did they try and push anything else onto us other than what we discussed! From the very first phone call, to the meeting with the Owner, it was a friendly and professional interaction! He came out and showed us the products and how they worked! When the windows came we scheduled a day for the workers to come and take out our OLD windows and replace them with the new ones! They did such a great job and was very knowledgeable about the work they were doing! Very courteous and friendly as well…Made me feel at ease! Even cleaned up after themselves! Scott Riley was a pleasure to work with the whole way through the window-buying process. He never felt the need to rush, pressure, or unduly influence my decisions, and would simply offer his own experiences and advice to help me come to a conclusion. I like to do a lot of research of my own when looking into a large project like this, and his knowledge matched up with most of the information I came up with on my own, so I believe he knows his stuff. Also, communication was top-notch - he would answer any text of mine within minutes, with either an answer or a promise to get back to me with an answer, which further solidified my confidence in his willingness to put customer satisfaction at the top of his priorities. His team was efficient, professional, and friendly, and I was very pleased with the end result. All in all, I would choose Riley's again for any window replacement needs.

I highly recommend Riley's Replacement Windows. They were very honest and professional and explained the function of the windows along with the double lifetime warranty after installation. Installer was amazing and when he took a window out he replaced it with a new window leaving the house exposed to the weather for a minimal time. Highly recommend if you need replacement windows! Scott explained all we needed to know about the windows, and the install. The guys were fast, efficient, and on time, the install took less then 8 hrs for 11 windows, and replaced them 1 at a time so the house wasn't open to the outside for long. Scott came back to take away all the old windows and went over the window functions and the warranty.

Highly recommend! The owner drove over an hour up to my place to study my window situation (many large custom windows in a house with fantastic views) and I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and honesty. He could have gone for a large payout by steering me towards a particular solution, but chose to point out a much less expensive option that would meet my needs, one which he would not be able to provide. Not many business owners out there who would offer a solution to a major window problem that would mean not making a deal involving many thousands of dollars. When the time comes to make that larger investment in my windows and my home and its epic view, this will be the company I will call.

So impressed!! Scott came out because I thought I needed to replace some windows. He quickly looked and told me that I just needed new glass. He also looked at a window that wouldn’t stay up and was difficult to open. He attempted to fix it but then realized it needed replacement parts. He gave me some names of who to call and would not even charge me for his time!!

Mr. Riley's website claims Honesty and Integrity as some of his key selling points. My story proves He is every bit what he says! Recently I had a major problem with my custom windows. After receiving a quote from one of the local replacement window companies I was devastated first from the tremendous cost and secondly from the high pressure sales techniques! Looking for a second quote I came upon Riley's website. I contacted him and he said being a smaller company he didn't have the capacity to do custom windows due to manpower and time. However he didn't stop there. He said why don't you send me a picture of your windows and I will see what I can do. Five minutes later he called me back. his next words are ones I don't think I will ever forget. He said with the money I'm gonna save you go ahead a book a nice cruise for your family! now keep in mind he is giving me advice free to fix my problem! He told me I did not need new windows. He said i needed new glass! Then he went on to tell me who to call. No I did not have any window installations by Riley's but I guarantee if needed I will certainly hire him because he is a man of integrity!!!!

We had five quotes from different companies, basically the big names and big box stores. A Friend had recommended Riley's Replacement Windows due to the quality of the installation that was performed by Scotts company. The double hung windows are good and we are very happy with them with white vinyl on the outside and pine wood finish on the inside that looks like wood. This review is about Riley's work and the quality of the work his people did, to be honest they did a superb job of installing the 18 windows, moved the furniture for me, removed all the old windows, the trash and packaging from the new windows, cleaned up outside and inside and were really nice people as well. We were concerned about the previous owners horrible installation and how it was finished on the outside with the brick opening. They said they would make us happy with this installation and we extremely pleased with the work his people did and attention to detail, the installation looks superb and we are very happy. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We just bought a 1940's brick home that needed all 25 windows replaced, including a giant bow window. We had the job priced by several other window companies with the buy one, get one specials and they were a nightmare to deal with. Full-on sales tactics, refusing to leave without an answer (even though I was clear I was just getting a quote), and astronomical quotes. I was YouTubing how to replace windows on my own stage of this process when my realtor told me about Riley's Replacement Windows AND I'M SO GLAD SHE DID! From the moment Scott arrived, I knew he was the man for the job. He was honest and upfront with me, walked me through the entire process, never pressured me into making a decision, and gave me the best quote of anyone that came out. The bow window was a bit tricky (very large and half falling apart) so he called out one of his installers to make a solid plan for how to approach it. He gave me a quote and answered several questions later on before I ordered the windows (all still with no pressure). He let me know how long it would be before the windows would arrive and we made tentative plans with Scott again walking me through everything that would happen next. The windows were ready a month earlier than expected and Scott called me to schedule installation. His team showed up exactly when he said they would, they were professional, and they worked fast! They replaced all of the windows, including that giant bow window, in 2 days! They cleaned up when they were done and you would have never known they were there except for the brand new windows. No nails, no debris, no flaking paint, nothing, just clean. Scott came by several times throughout the process to make sure everything was going to plan and to help with some of the trickier windows. He came back out after installation to follow up and answer any other questions we might have. It was one of the best experiences we've had so far updating this house! The windows are fantastic! Our power bill has gone down tremendously and the windows have eliminated our stink/lady bug issue. As the icing on top, they're beautiful and easy to clean. On a side note: as a woman, I never once felt uncomfortable having Scott, or anyone on his team, in my home. Scott was even accommodating and understanding when I wanted to wait for my sister to be available for our first meeting. Scott is a genuinely decent guy and a hard worker!

My windows not only look great but were installed very well. Scott's installer is a true professional and does excellent work. He installed 12 windows, most on the second floor, by himself in one day. The installer neatly piled all the trash and Scott picked it up the next day. I did not have to clean anything up after they finished.
Mr. Riley himself is very direct and to the point, which is why I figure some people may have taken issue with him on phone calls. But with no promise of purchase from myself, he gladly came to the house to discuss options. He knew his pricing, including the options, and there was none of the bad salesman tricks. He left that evening for us to discuss what we wanted to do and he did not try to pressure us at all.
He is not the lowest price out there, but for the level of work completed, the price is justified. Those lower priced places will leave you with a mess and poorly sealed and poorly installed windows.

Riley windows did a superb job on window replacement. Complete in two days with no returns for anything. You couldn’t tell the windows casing had been removed. The windows are wonderful, look great and will save me on losing heat or ac which is good on the wallet. Will use them again on any windows are needed.

He stayed in touch with me during the ordering process and when they arrived. Do not be fooled by these other that say that can do it all for thousands less. They will use cheaper non low E glass windows and they will out source labor to people they will never see again and you and your house will pay the price believe me I did my research before I went with Riley’s! I bought a house that needed some wood replaced along with the rotting wood windows. I had several companies come out to price me windows. After comparing the different windows and reviews each company, I found that Scott offered the best windows available for the money. The windows were well constructed and the install was flawless. Without hesitation, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scott Riley’s company "Riley's Siding and Windows" to anyone wishing to have their windows replaced. My husband and I have a cabin that needed 11(very old) wooden, drafty windows to be replaced. After several quotes from different companies , we decided to go with Scott Riley. The whole process of meeting with Scott, getting estimates, measurements , etc. was outstanding and stress free. It was clear my husband and I had made the RIGHT CHOICE. Scott is honest, trustworthy, and overall just a great guy to work with. He was very knowledgable about his window products and took the time to explain the many facets of the window itself, along with the installation process. In no way did he ever seem rushed to answer my questions and always returned phone calls and texts in a very timely manner. The time frame to which the windows were ordered and arrived were in my opinion above standard. At the initial window estimate meeting , Scott mentioned they had installed windows in another cabin in Hickory, and thusly sent us pictures of the windows. He then went a step above and beyond by setting us up with the owners so that we could see the windows in person on that cabin. The owners also had nothing but good things to say about Scott and his installers. On the day of installation, his installer (I’ll call him “ T “) arrived on time and worked non stop at getting our windows installed. He was extremely professional, kind, and patient with all my questions during installation. My husband was traveling for work at the time and I felt completely comfortable with “ T” working in and outside of my home while I was alone. The work that “T “ did was OUTSTANDING! My elderly parents came to visit after the windows were in and T’s work got him a thumbs up from my dad, who rarely hands out compliments. The window product itself has met and exceeded our expectations! I am looking forward to a warmer cabin in the winter and cooler in the summer. Once again, Scott and his installers have been great to work with. If you are looking for a company that cares about the customer and honest to goodness superior workmanship, then look no further. Mr. Riley is a really great great guy. He was in the middle of a window install for one of my neighbors when I had questions about my own windows. Scott’s crews did a great job on our windows, siding and larger gutters for less than several other companies while including a lifetime warranty. One of our windows were defective after install and was replaced only a few weeks after being notified. We had 13 custom sized windows replaced including the aluminum wrap to trim them. Scott and crews did our 2 story with 13 windows, aluminum wrap & vinyl siding (including an extra custom area off of the screen porch I framed in). The work was excellent and the windows are warrantied by the manufacturer directly for life of the owner who purchased them. He also stands by his work and will come by personally to check the end of a job and any issues. Granted, it's been about 5 years but Scott was able to do the windows for much less than the price of the others I got quotes for at that time too. The installers who came over to replace them were professional, did a great job and all of them in 1 day (13 windows in a 2 story) other than coming back the next day to check their work and put another layer of caulking on. He also has connections to other contractors who do garage doors and gutters. They were professional and did great work at a great price as well.

I would like to let everyone know about the awesome service I received! I called Riley's Siding on a Saturday because I was frustrated that a window I had taken out to clean was not going back in place. Even though he had not installed the windows of our home, Mr.Riley talked to me and explained in detail the way to get the window back in place so that it could close. I had no luck with the window. Mr. Riley stated that he would come and help me. He came right over and was able to get the window in place and took it back out so that I could do it on my own. He also gave me tips on the windows and information I wasn't aware of. I would recommend Riley's Siding to anyone needing Siding or Windows! He was super nice and I was so surprised that he would come out to help me late on Mother's Day weekend.

From the initial appointment with Scott Riley to the final replacement window installation, the whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. Mr. Riley worked with my busy schedule to set up the initial meeting and product review. I was very pleased with the quality of the Windows and the fact that they are manufactured in North Carolina was a huge plus for me. To know the Window company has been in business since the 1940's and will be around to back their product is another indicator of a quality American made product. After we agreed on the sale, a date was set for installation. On the first day of installation, (the installer) showed up on time! (actually he was early!) He pulled out 17 storm, and double hung single paned windows and replaced them with the vinyl replacement Ultra Low E windows. The next day he took care of the finish work with the aluminum window surrounds. I am very pleased with the final result. The whole process was very professional and efficient. I rated Riley's Siding and Windows a 5 STAR because of: 1. Honest, no pressure sales, 2. Quality products and on time delivery, 3. Installation on time, job completed ahead of time. You can't ask for better than that.

Always had door to door asking about my original windows. Super glad I waited. Showed up right on time and went straight to work. Super nice people, paid attention to detail, including working around all our plants, and had all windows out and replaced in less than 2 hours. Took about the same amount of time to wrap and caulk all of them inside and out.
Would recommend to anyone that needs windows to give him a call. Best price I could find plus a lifetime warranty to boot. Cleaned up all the scraps and did a 5 star job.

Highly recommend if you need replacement windows! Scott explained all we needed to know about the windows, and the install. The guys were fast, efficient, and on time, the install took less then 8 hrs for 11 windows, and replaced them 1 at a time so the house wasn't open to the outside for long. Scott came back to take away all the old windows and went over the window functions and the warranty.

The owner drove over an hour up to my place to study my window situation (many large custom windows in a house with fantastic views) and I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and honesty. He could have gone for a large payout by steering me towards a particular solution, but chose to point out a much less expensive option that would meet my needs, one which he would not be able to provide. Not many business owners out there who would offer a solution to a major window problem that would mean not making a deal involving many thousands of dollars. When the time comes to make that larger investment in my windows and my home and its epic view, this will be the company I will call.

So impressed!! Scott came out because I thought I needed to replace some windows. He quickly looked and told me that I just needed new glass. He also looked at a window that wouldn’t stay up and was difficult to open. He attempted to fix it but then realized it needed replacement parts. Mr. Riley's website claims Honesty and Integrity as some of his key selling points. My story proves He is every bit what he says! Recently I had a major problem with my custom windows. After receiving a quote from one of the local replacement window companies I was devastated first from the tremendous cost and secondly from the high pressure sales techniques! Looking for a second quote I came upon Riley's website. I contacted him and he said being a smaller company he didn't have the capacity to do custom windows due to manpower and time. However he didn't stop there. He said why don't you send me a picture of your windows and I will see what I can do. Five minutes later he called me back. his next words are ones I don't think I will ever forget. He said with the money I'm gonna save you go ahead a book a nice cruise for your family! now keep in mind he is giving me advice free to fix my problem! He told me I did not need new windows. He said i needed new glass! Then he went on to tell me who to call. No I did not have any window installations by Riley's but I guarantee if needed I will certainly hire him because he is a man of integrity!!!!

We had five quotes from different companies, basically the big names and big box stores. A Friend had recommended Riley's Replacement Windows due to the quality of the installation that was performed by Scotts company. The double hung windows are good and we are very happy with them with white vinyl on the outside and pine wood finish on the inside that looks like wood. This review is about Riley's work and the quality of the work his people did, to be honest they did a superb job of installing the 18 windows, moved the furniture for me, removed all the old windows, the trash and packaging from the new windows, cleaned up outside and inside and were really nice people as well. We were concerned about the previous owners horrible installation and how it was finished on the outside with the brick opening. They said they would make us happy with this installation and we extremely pleased with the work his people did and attention to detail, the installation looks superb and we are very happy. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We just bought a 1940's brick home that needed all 25 windows replaced, including a giant bow window. We had the job priced by several other window companies with the buy one, get one specials and they were a nightmare to deal with. Full-on sales tactics, refusing to leave without an answer (even though I was clear I was just getting a quote), and astronomical quotes. I was YouTubing how to replace windows on my own stage of this process when my realtor told me about Riley's Replacement Windows AND I'M SO GLAD SHE DID! From the moment Scott arrived, I knew he was the man for the job. He was honest and upfront with me, walked me through the entire process, never pressured me into making a decision, and gave me the best quote of anyone that came out. The bow window was a bit tricky (very large and half falling apart) so he called out one of his installers to make a solid plan for how to approach it. He gave me a quote and answered several questions later on before I ordered the windows (all still with no pressure). He let me know how long it would be before the windows would arrive and we made tentative plans with Scott again walking me through everything that would happen next. The windows were ready a month earlier than expected and Scott called me to schedule installation. His team showed up exactly when he said they would, they were professional, and they worked fast! They replaced all of the windows, including that giant bow window, in 2 days! They cleaned up when they were done and you would have never known they were there except for the brand new windows. No nails, no debris, no flaking paint, nothing, just clean. Scott came by several times throughout the process to make sure everything was going to plan and to help with some of the trickier windows. He came back out after installation to follow up and answer any other questions we might have. It was one of the best experiences we've had so far updating this house! The windows are fantastic! Our power bill has gone down tremendously and the windows have eliminated our stink/lady bug issue. As the icing on top, they're beautiful and easy to clean. On a side note: as a woman, I never once felt uncomfortable having Scott, or anyone on his team, in my home. Scott was even accommodating and understanding when I wanted to wait for my sister to be available for our first meeting. Scott is a genuinely decent guy and a hard worker!

My windows not only look great but were installed very well. Scott's installer is a true professional and does excellent work. He installed 12 windows, most on the second floor, by himself in one day. The installer neatly piled all the trash and Scott picked it up the next day. I did not have to clean anything up after they finished.
Mr. Riley himself is very direct and to the point, which is why I figure some people may have taken issue with him on phone calls. But with no promise of purchase from myself, he gladly came to the house to discuss options. He knew his pricing, including the options, and there was none of the bad salesman tricks. He left that evening for us to discuss what we wanted to do and he did not try to pressure us at all.
He is not the lowest price out there, but for the level of work completed, the price is justified. Those lower priced places will leave you with a mess and poorly sealed and poorly installed windows.

I bought a house that needed some wood replaced along with the rotting wood windows. I had several companies come out to price me windows. After comparing the different windows and reviews each company, I found that Scott offered the best windows available for the money. The windows were well constructed and the install was flawless. Without hesitation, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scott Riley’s company "Riley's Siding and Windows" to anyone wishing to have their windows replaced. My husband and I have a cabin that needed 11(very old) wooden, drafty windows to be replaced. After several quotes from different companies , we decided to go with Scott Riley. The whole process of meeting with Scott, getting estimates, measurements , etc. was outstanding and stress free. It was clear my husband and I had made the RIGHT CHOICE. Scott is honest, trustworthy, and overall just a great guy to work with. He was very knowledgable about his window products and took the time to explain the many facets of the window itself, along with the installation process. In no way did he ever seem rushed to answer my questions and always returned phone calls and texts in a very timely manner. The time frame to which the windows were ordered and arrived were in my opinion above standard. At the initial window estimate meeting , Scott mentioned they had installed windows in another cabin in Hickory, and thusly sent us pictures of the windows. He then went a step above and beyond by setting us up with the owners so that we could see the windows in person on that cabin. The owners also had nothing but good things to say about Scott and his installers. On the day of installation, his installer (I’ll call him “ T “) arrived on time and worked non stop at getting our windows installed. He was extremely professional, kind, and patient with all my questions during installation. My husband was traveling for work at the time and I felt completely comfortable with “ T” working in and outside of my home while I was alone. The work that “T “ did was OUTSTANDING! My elderly parents came to visit after the windows were in and T’s work got him a thumbs up from my dad, who rarely hands out compliments. The window product itself has met and exceeded our expectations! I am looking forward to a warmer cabin in the winter and cooler in the summer. Once again, Scott and his installers have been great to work with. If you are looking for a company that cares about the customer and honest to goodness superior workmanship, then look no further. Scott and crews did our 2 story with 13 windows, aluminum wrap & vinyl siding (including an extra custom area off of the screen porch I framed in). The work was excellent and the windows are warrantied by the manufacturer directly for life of the owner who purchased them. He also stands by his work and will come by personally to check the end of a job and any issues. Granted, it's been about 5 years but Scott was able to do the windows for much less than the price of the others I got quotes for at that time too. The installers who came over to replace them were professional, did a great job and all of them in 1 day (13 windows in a 2 story) other than coming back the next day to check their work and put another layer of caulking on. He also has connections to other contractors who do garage doors and gutters. They were professional and did great work at a great price as well.

I called Riley's Siding on a Saturday because I was frustrated that a window I had taken out to clean was not going back in place. Even though he had not installed the windows of our home, Mr.Riley talked to me and explained in detail the way to get the window back in place so that it could close. I had no luck with the window. Mr. Riley stated that he would come and help me. He came right over and was able to get the window in place and took it back out so that I could do it on my own. He also gave me tips on the windows and information I wasn't aware of. I would recommend Riley's Siding to anyone needing Siding or Windows! He was super nice and I was so surprised that he would come out to help me late on Mother's Day weekend.

From the initial appointment with Scott Riley to the final replacement window installation, the whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. Mr. Riley worked with my busy schedule to set up the initial meeting and product review. I was very pleased with the quality of the Windows and the fact that they are manufactured in North Carolina was a huge plus for me. To know the Window company has been in business since the 1940's and will be around to back their product is another indicator of a quality American made product. After we agreed on the sale, a date was set for installation. On the first day of installation, (the installer) showed up on time! (actually he was early!) He pulled out 17 storm, and double hung single paned windows and replaced them with the vinyl replacement Ultra Low E windows. The next day he took care of the finish work with the aluminum window surrounds. I am very pleased with the final result. The whole process was very professional and efficient. I rated Riley's Siding and Windows a 5 STAR because of: 1. Honest, no pressure sales, 2. Quality products and on time delivery, 3. Installation on time, job completed ahead of time. You can't ask for better than that.

Scott describes himself as a perfectionist and I found that out in the work he did for me. I would have him to my house for other work if he offered other work I needed. I would trust him in my home if I were not there.
